Luxury Villa
A pavilion villa arranged around water and light
Overview
The Brief.
Set within a gated community in Kokapet, this villa was designed for a family who wanted generous entertaining spaces without losing a sense of privacy. The plan is organised as a series of pavilions linked by a central gallery, each opening onto the pool and landscaped decks.
Design Concept
The design draws on the idea of a calm retreat. Crisp white volumes float above recessed glazed living areas, creating deep shade and framing views of the water. Inside, a restrained palette of travertine, oak and soft linen lets the light and landscape take centre stage.
